Brazilian main trade show industry closes a cycle and predicts the next golden years
Consolidated as the meeting point for the South American trade shows and corporate events industry experts, the ExpoSystems closed its 10th edition, on December 6th , fulfilling its mission of presenting the main solutions and trends in exhibit marketing as well as enhancing the high-level networking of all professionals involved in face-to-face marketing .
This edition of the ExpoSystems displayed a qualified audience of 2,681 professionals, attracted 84 exhibitors from various corners of Brazil as well as international players, 11 of them German companies with the “Made in Germany” pavilion for the second year in a row. In addition, there were international visitors representing all the Americas probably, many parts of Europe and some countries of Asia, specially a Chinese delegation that traveled exclusively to meet Brazilians suppliers.
“The entire industry chain of events meets at the ExpoSystems where a booth neighbor may be a potential partner or even become a client. In this edition, we received many professional event agencies in our space”, said Carolina Goes, from WOW Media & Business Trade.
“This was our first participation at the show as exhibitors and I evaluate it in a very positive way. We have made qualified contacts and received visits of professionals from other states interested in our solutions”, noted Armando Binelli, commercial director of Perfekt Stands.
“Our biggest interest were the conference themes, key to recycling our professional knowledge,” said Cristiane Xavier, marketing coordinator of the medical division of Hypermarcas in Anapolis, Goias “Our division participates in more than 40 medical conferences per year, therefore, we have to stay on top of key trends in the industry, “, she added.
Many businesses were also closed at ExpoSystems 2012. Hotma, a company specialized in promotional architecture, received a visit from two foreign professionals interested in Brazilian partners for project planning. After getting to know this ExpoSystems exhibitor´s booth, both of these international representatives even arranged to visit the company’s headquarters. “There is a great potential to close a deal with these foreigners who we met at the show,” said Getulio Tamada, director of Hotma.
The 10th edition of ExpoSystems also offered professionals a chance to share their experiences in a comprehensive conference program moderated by national and international industry experts.
“Once again, the ExpoSystems offered to all exhibit marketing and event management professionals a rich program of content, business and networking, besides launching the major innovations presented by leading industry suppliers. We closed our historic 10th edition happy and mainly showing quality to the market”, concludes Anselmo Carvalho, CEO of Feira & Cia Group, promoter of ExpoSystems.
